Mildred Steinhauer

Mildred Steinhauer, 97, died Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Tieszen Memorial Home, Marion. Funeral services will be at 10:30am Thursday, February 3, 2011 at the United Methodist Church, Parker with burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Parker. Visitation will be from 2-3:00pm Wednesday at the Tieszen Memorial Chapel, Marion and from 6-8:00pm at Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home, Parker. Mildred L. Buller was born on June 28, 1913 on her parents homestead at Sedgeville, Montana to Peter H. and Lydia C. (Zimmerman) Buller. On February 14, 1945 she was united in marriage to Ted Steinhauer at Parker. The couple farmed at Marion for 2 years before moving to their farm northwest of Parker. Mildred was a lifelong member of the Brothersfield United Methodist Church. Her husband died in 2006. Grateful for having shared her life are nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ted, brothers Marvin and Lowell, a sister Mearl, and several nieces and nephews.
