Patricia Koller Marso

Patricia Jean Marso, 69, native of Parker, SD died Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Memorial services will be on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 5:00pm in Heritage Funeral Home, Sioux Falls. Arrangements by Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home, Parker. Patricia Jean Koller was born at Parker to John and Maxine (Finley) Koller. She married Ronald Marso on September 28, 1956 and he lives in Bowling Green. Also surviving are her children: Rodney (Sally) Marso, Edmond, OK and Cindy (David Breen) Marso, Bowling Green; 3 grandchildren, Nicholas Breen, Bowling Green, OH, Megan and Molly Marso, Edmond, OK, ; 3 brothers, Marlyn (Marilyn) Koller, Darby, MT, Duane (Paula) Koller, Sioux Falls, and Dennis (Bernita) Koller, Freeman; 3 sisters, Gerry (Arvid) Magnuson, Parker, Darlene (Roger) Kehm, Sioux Falls, and Donna Friman, Fort Collins, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Shirley Terava, and 2 brothers, John Koller Jr. and Dale Koller. Patricia was an avid supporter of the Wood County and National Humane Societies and the Wildlife Land Trust and Wolf Restoration. She had volunteered for meals on wheels and enjoyed reading and gardening. Memorials may be made to Save the Woods Parks and Recreation or the Wood County Humane Society.
